We organize wine tasting according to scheduled terms for 15 or more people. The winter capacity of the wine tasting room is 60 people, while in the summer the authentic Backa patio and veranda may host about 100 people.

Traditional Backa dishes like fish broth, chicken and beef stews, dishes made in the oven like pork kneepad with sauerkraut, flat bread, cold hors- d’oeuvres and season salads are regularly on our menu. In our vineyard, at an authentic Backa farm you will experience the unforgettable feeling of the quiet and relaxing region of Backa, along with traditional cuisine and our first-class wines.

 
 

Menu for wine tasting:

Between two wines, for separation of taste, we offer home-made salty cookies with cheese or pork scraps, plain or specially prepared cow or goat cheese. We also offer flat bread with duck or goose fat, gibanica (dough strips with cheese) baked on the site in the farm oven.

Following wine tasting, our kitchen offers beef or mutton goulash, sour kraut goulash, fish goulash or fish broth, roast fresh-water fish, pork hooves with sour kraut prepared in the farm oven.

To end the dinner with sweets, we offer strudels with poppy seeds, cheese and nuts.
