In order to produce recognized, typical wines characteristic for our region and our winery, we process grapes only from our vineyards.
After selective vintage, quick grape processing begins with cooling the collected fruits, careful separation of the stems and soft pressing of grapes. It is followed by controlled fermentation in chromium-plated dishes with cooling. We do the fermentation of the wine with specially selected yeasts. The wine is bottled in 0.75 and 0.5 liter bottles. The bottles are labeled with very pretty, artistically designed labels.
